Remedies for Competencies

As a mobile manager
I want to have an option to apply remedies to competencies when rating them
So that I can easily provide my employee direction on what to do to increase the skills / behaviors for that competency

Background
Given
I am logged in as a mobile manager
And
there is the following competency rating scale in config:

1 At Risk
2 Below Expectations
3 Meets Expectations
4 Above Expectations
5 Mentor
And
there are the following activities in the catalog

I check the "Don't Ask Again" checkbox
And
the remedies dialog closes
And
I rate employee a 2 on the competency competency
